Chefville Cheats & Tips: Do's and Dont's

Do's:

• Check your inbox every few minutes while you are playing (click on the white envelope) Friends are always sending timely requests and need your help (just as you need theirs)
• Help out your neighbor by clicking on the rose stand every time you visit. This will decrease time by 50 min (Make sure yours is VISIBLE and no one has to "hunt" for it) 
• Ask friends (most of them) for eggs daily ("ask" button found next to dish to be cooked)
• Click on every wall post (your's or not) and collect items
• Always cook longer time (6+) on every equipment before you go to bed
• If you need a particular item and a neighbor has it, collect once, leave, go back to neighbor and collect again (Repeat 5 times)
• Post help requests and link (remove preview) on forum wall and type what you are asking for. DELETE post when you have all you need
• Visit Madeline daily for hard to find items (rare)
• Make sure you have plenty of neighbors (Only true gamers that will stick with the game)

Don't:

• Take out all of your tables because you don't want to run out of food. Instead block the pathway at its beginning so the customers can't come in. (If you take out all the tables then neighbors can not get ingredients from your dishes) 
• Wait around for salmon(and constantly complain there aren't any)  Cook other things (or find neighbors that have a pond)
• Early in game do not get more than 70 recommendations because quests will have you getting more (and if you max out at 80 you're stuck)
• Hide the small items like the flour! Keep it in a visible location, we need a lot of it!
• Do not store your Basil Plant, you won't be able to get it back (glitch as of 8/19)

Other:

• Coin limit 99,999
• Recommendations 80 (used to unlock surrounding land)
• Hearts 100 (used to buy things from the market)
• Orange Tree unlocks at 30 Masteries (3 Harvests then dies, remove it and buy a new one!)
